The maple harvest season occurs during late winter and early spring. It is then that ideal weather conditions prevail; freezing nights alternating with warm sunny days cause the sap to run.

A 20 minute tour is available from March thru October for individuals, families and small groups. Large groups and bus tours by appointment please.
